What is critical to the success of a sports team is equally needed for the wellbeing of businesses, churches, and especially communities. An ancient proverb says it well, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

Appreciation for Diversity: People either don’t understand, or don’t appreciate, the contribution of every team member. 3. Entitlement: Those who believe they should have special privileges, or recognition, ruin the spirit of teamwork. 4. Busyness: In our increasingly hectic lifestyle, some simple don’t have time to contribute to the greater good of the team. None of these are valid or healthy.
