Interestingly enough, the difference was not determined by the funeral director or by those officiating. It’s not even something the family controls. No. The meaningfulness of a funeral is set by the deceased themselves, not because of who they were but rather how they were. By that I mean how they lived their life.
With that in mind, I encourage you to live your life in such a way that those who attend your funeral will celebrate your life more than they mourn your death and they will say the things about you that you want them to say.
